A cooking show and cooking competition with the theme of ‘Healthy Cooking’ with ITALIA Olive Oil and Olives was held for the members in the Defence Hall of Defence Authority Creek Club on March 26, 2010. Program started with an informative presentation on the benefits of Olive Oil and Olives as endorsed by medical science and the Holy Quran. Chef Zakir Hussain shared recepies and tips for cooking and salad preparation using Olive Oil and Olives. A cooking competition was also held for the members. The winners received medals and certificates. The program was followed by a lucky draw for the audience followed by a sumptuous Hi-Tea.
